Meet the Designer

 

 

Raised in Pennsylvania, I’ve always been captivated by the natural beauty of the earth.  My brother Zachary has been prospecting Herkimer diamonds in the Mohawk Valley of New York for nearly a decade. Oh my first trip there, I discovered a shared passion with him that continues to inspire everything I create. These stones are unlike anything else- being over 500 million years old, formed long before humans or even dinosaurs. Each one is completely natural, never cut, never polished, just as the earth created it. Their clarity and radiant raw form caught my eye instantly and I knew I wanted to share that untouched beauty with the world. 

Our family prospecting trips have become moments of connection filled with laughter, discovery and awe. These crystals have brought us closer, grounding us in nature and in each other. Krystle Brooks Fine Jewelry is a true family collaboration. My nieces Alayna (featured in the photo) and Sophia play a special role in bringing our designs to life, lending their creativity and fresh perspective to the collection. Seeing their excitement and passion reminds me of why we started. 

Creating this business has kept our family close while learning, growing, and experiencing it all together. It fills me with joy to see the people I love wearing these pieces every day.  Whether it’s 6am hot yoga or 10pm stargazing in Joshua Tree, they’ve become part of their rhythm, their story, their light. That’s what Krystle Brooks is all about: creating pieces meant to be lived in.  Each design preserves nature’s brilliance exactly as it was found as a piece of the earth’s history that’s made to move with you through every moment of your life.
